Responsabilidades
Our Shrewsbury depot provides a mix of local, interurban and Park & Ride services connecting communities in Shrewsbury town and the surrounding areas. As the main operator in the area, we serve employment hotspots such as Emstrey Business Park, educational establishments such as Shrewsbury College and health facilities such as Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. The depot was purpose built in 2012 and offers modern facilities for staff and a state-of-the-art Engineering facility to maintain our fleet of circa 50 vehicles.
You’ll have a PCV licence, but don’t worry if you’ve never driven a bus before. We’ll provide all the training you need to get up to speed. For experienced PCV Drivers we offer an hourly rate of £13.15. We’re offering full-time opportunities with potential for overtime if you’d like to take additional hours. You will not work Sundays or Bank Hlidays (With the exceeption of Good Friday)

About you:
You’ll be over 18 as this is a legal requirement and have at least 6 months driving experience with no more than 6 points on your licence and have a PCV licence. If you don’t already have you licence we are also recruiting for Trainees so your application will still be considered. So, if you’re passionate about great customer service and want to help support your local communities then we’d love to hear from you. The role will be shift-based, so you’ll need to be prepared to work early, evenings and weekends. Next stop, Arriva.
